Prices & Payments

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
We accept payment by:

  • Bank Transfer (on request)

Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across the UK.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays once the item has left our shop.

Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or order number

Items not eligible for return:

  • Cut-to-size materials (e.g. copper pipe, rope)

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Electrical items once installed or used

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
We may request a photo and order number to process a refund or replacement quickly.
