Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for:

Products that have been installed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and returned to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
